New Head Office Role: Marketing Manager

The Strings Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing and Communications Manager to join our friendly team at the Head Office. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering our marketing, content, and communications strategy to drive the growth and success of The Strings Club.

Annual Salary:

Starting at £29,000 (pro rata)

Working Hours:

9:00 am – 5:00 pm, 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in PPC, paid social media, and programmatic advertising, including targeting, reporting, and creating retargeting ad campaigns  
  • Strong administrative and communication skills  
  • Campaign management experience  
  • Experience with Mailchimp for curating and sending targeted weekly emails  
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and confident in Excel for managing marketing budgets  
  • Proficiency in Canva for content creation  
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills  
  • Passion and knowledge of music, education, or childcare sectors  
  • Create weekly analytics reports for all marketing activities and identify areas for improvement  
  • Manage third-party suppliers (e.g., designers, videographers)  
  • Assist with proofing promotional materials  
  • Desirable: press relations experience  
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to bring new ideas and assist in other activities  
  • Confidence in reaching out to potential new clients as needed

Desired Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in the cultural, education, or childcare sector
