🎥 About the Role

As our Social Media & Content Creator Manager, you’ll bring The Strings Club experience to life online. From capturing joyful camp moments to designing playful reels and posts, you’ll help expand our reach and strengthen our connection with families nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content (videos, reels, photos, graphics, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Maintain social media sponsored ads
• Plan and manage content calendars aligned with our brand and programmes
• Grow and nurture our online community through regular posting and engagement
• Capture and edit content from our Holiday Camps and events (where needed)
• Track content performance and adapt based on insights
• Keep up with social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
• Ensure all content reflects our warm, fun, high-quality brand voice

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in creating high-quality, engaging social media content
• Skilled in video editing and visual storytelling
• Creative, proactive, and highly organised
• Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
• Passionate about creativity, education, or children’s enrichment (bonus!)
