Don’t miss out on our afternoon workshops!

Every Monday to Thursday, our afternoons include not one but two carefully-created workshops, designed to engage and inspire your child right up until pick up time!

One of our favorite parts of our Holiday Camps are our amazing workshops and here at The Strings Club Head Office we have our favourite workshops!

Weekly Themes:

wc 3rd April – Spring To Life | wc 9th April – Roald Dahl

Each workshop is based around ten wonderfully music-based workshops – see here for full list and designed to develop your child in more ways than one from personal skills such as focus to teamwork to making new friends. Price for 2.5 hours including 2 workshops is from only £17.50!

Dan – Marketing Manager – “Create your own Easter Egg Easter & Hunt”

“This to me is the perfect way to start off our amazing Holiday Camps! Children get to not only be creative but also to get outside (weather pending) and go on an adventure with their new friends! I would have loved this as a young boy!”

Tuesday 4th April – 13:15 – 15:45

Charlotte – Events Manager – Peter & The Wolf

“Every child should be aware of Prokofiev’s “Peter and the Wolf” and if not, our two workshops are the perfect introduction to those new to this amazing piece of music. Children will learn about the various instruments in the piece, create their own masks and also get the chance to conduct the whole Holiday Camp of children plus staff!”

Wednesday 5th April – 13:15 – 15:45

Jasmine – Office & Rec. Manager – Pieces of Me – Roald Dahl

“As a huge fan of Roald Dahl myself, it was hard to choose one workshop however I think “Pieces of Me”, followed by “Sounds & Colours” is brilliant! Children will start off by learning some super cool facts about Dahl, will get to make their own fun facts about themselves too as well as their own Quentin Blake themed poster! Amazing”

Monday 9th April – 13:15 – 15:45

Amy – Founder & Director – The Twits

“I absolutely love The Twits! It’s a perfect read for children. I love our first workshop that focuses on compliments and aims to build self-esteem! Children will get to create their very own “AntiTwitGood Thoughts Poem” identifying ways to avoid becoming like Mrs Twit!”

                                                Tuesday 10th April – 13:15 – 15:45

Fanny – Greenwich Area Ambassador – Three Little Pigs

“Dahl is known for this books however not many know about his wonderful poetry. His “Three Little Pigs” will be brought into the 21st century in this workshop as children will use the poem to create a rap! I really cannot wait for this! Not to be missed!

Wednesday 11th April – 13:15 – 15:45
