At The Strings Club we love to support parents - and not just by providing guilt-free childcare via our award-winning Holiday Camps. We also offer flexible work opportunities at our Holiday Camps with free childcare (for kids aged 4-11).
As a parents ourselves, we completely understand how hard it is to find a flexible job that works around your family life. We also understand full well the feeling of cramming your working life into the six hours your child is at school.

We're not alone either, according to Equality Human Rights :
⭐Demand for flexible working is rising, 8.7 million full-time workers say they want to work flexibly.
⭐There are 400,000 people who can’t work unless they can find a part-time or flexible role, and another 1.5 million trapped in poorly paid part-time jobs below their skill level, because of a shortage of quality flexible jobs.
⭐A large part of the demand comes from people who have caring responsibilities, including significant numbers of parents.
Working 9-5 just isn't practical for many parents and frankly it's based on patriarchal systems never designed to help with childcare in the first place! The good news is we offer an alternative that will jive with many family schedules.
Whether you get hired as a holiday camp manager, assistant or string instrument teacher, you can bring your child to work with you and can be rest assured they'll be safe and having an enriching experience.
