October Half Term is just around the corner, which means it’s time to start thinking about how to spend those precious few days away from school.

This October, we’re bringing our Spooktacular Celebrations to The Strings Club Holiday Camps across all our venues, with a week of music, creativity, friendship, games and a little bit of spooky fun. 🎃

Our October Half Term Holiday Camps are now open for bookings, welcoming children aged 4–11 for days filled with things to make, music to play and plenty of opportunities to try something new.

👻 What is Spooktacular Celebrations?

We’ve taken everything children love about The Strings Club and given it a seasonal-inspired twist.

Think music-making, creative crafts, imaginative games, movement, outdoor activities and plenty of spooktacular challenges, all designed to get children involved, creating and connecting with others.

There’ll be plenty of familiar favourites too, including our daily music sessions where children can pick up a guitar, violin or ukulele and enjoy making music together.

And, as always, we’ll bring the week to a close with our Grand Concert, giving children the chance to share what they’ve learnt and celebrate everything they’ve achieved. 🎶

🎶 What can children expect at October Half Term Camp?

Every day is a little different, but children can expect:

• 🎸 Interactive guitar, violin or ukulele sessions
• 🎨 Creative arts, crafts and projects
• 👻 Halloween-inspired activities and challenges
• 🎲 Games, movement and outdoor activities
• 💛 Time to make friends and try something new
• 🎤 A Grand Concert at the end of the week

It’s a chance for children to put their screens down, get stuck in and enjoy being creative, active and social during the school holidays.

We know that children don’t all enjoy holidays in the same way.

Some love being centre stage. Others need a little time to find their feet. Some will head straight for the instruments, while others will be happiest getting creative or joining a game.

That’s why our Holiday Camps bring together lots of different ways for children to get involved.

Whether they’re trying an instrument for the first time, making something they’re proud of, meeting a new friend or discovering an activity they didn’t expect to enjoy, there’s plenty of opportunity to find their own way into the week.
