At The Strings Club, we're looking for experienced, enthusiastic and organised Holiday Camp Managers to lead our 20 + award-winning Holiday Camps across London, Birmingham and Warwickshire.

Founded in 2012 by violin teacher and musician Amy Cunningham, The Strings Club began with just six children attending its very first Holiday Camp in Camden, North London.
Today, we've grown to more than 20 venues across London, the Midlands and Warwickshire, inspiring almost half a million children through the joys and benefits of music.
Our award-winning Holiday Camps combine music, creativity and screen-free experiences designed to help children build confidence, make friendships and create positive childhood experiences that last long after the holidays have ended.

⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful day-to-day delivery of your Holiday Camp
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing and happiness of every child attending
- Motivate, support and manage your Holiday Camp team throughout the week
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships with families
- Ensure all EYFS, safeguarding, health and safety and Ofsted requirements are met
- Work closely with Head Office to ensure the smooth running of the Holiday Camp
- Support the delivery of high-quality music, creative and activity sessions
- Maintain the warm, supportive and nurturing environment that The Strings Club is known for
⭐ Essential Qualities
- Experience leading teams within childcare, education or activity-based settings
- Experience working with primary school-aged children
- Positive, approachable and confident leadership style
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Reliable, proactive and solution-focused
- Passionate about creating positive experiences for children
- Aged 18+ and have the right to work in the UK
⭐ Desirable Qualities
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
- Paediatric First Aid qualification*
- Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) training
- Experience managing Holiday Camps, wraparound care, schools or children's activity programmes
- Good understanding of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service
*Don't worry if you're not currently qualified - we can help arrange Paediatric First Aid training.
