To ensure that making a payment is easy and stress-free as possible, please have a quick read of the below.

🎶 We ask all customers to make payment as soon as possible.

🎶Childcare voucher and tax free payments take between 3-5 to reach us

🎶Due the volume we receive, please allow up to 7 days for us to match them to your booking

🎶If the childcare voucher payment isn’t received by within 7 days, your child's place will be cancelled‍

Paying with Childcare Vouchers

1. Complete the booking process

2. On the payment page, click the ‘Pay by childcare vouchers/other’ option

3. Click below for your childcare voucher ID (eg Edenred)

4. Log onto your childcare voucher provider to make payment. It is vital that you use your child's full name as a reference.

Please do not leave the reference blank or provide your name/venue name as we will not be able to confirm your booking. 

Paying with the Government Tax Free Scheme

1. Complete the booking process

2. On the payment page, click the ‘Pay by childcare vouchers/other’ option

3. Click below for your tax free childcare ID

4. Log onto your Government Tax Free Childcare account to make payment.

It is vital you email your reference to info@thestringsclub.org as this is the only way we can locate your payment efficiently and therefore confirm your booking. 

Your child's unique reference will include the first letter of their first name and the first 3 letters of their surname e.g AJON5645458TFC.

We will store your unique reference on our system for future use so you will not need to send again - unless we request it. 

Using childcare vouchers less than 1 week before your child joins us:

1. Complete the booking process
2. On the payment page, click the ‘single payment’ option
3. Pay the full amount by credit or debit card
4. Send us your childcare vouchers and we’ll refund your card as soon as we receive the payment.
