Courtney Simmons

Courtney Simmons is Business Development and Scale Up Manager at The Strings Club, where she supports the company’s growth strategy and plays a key role in driving its expansion and long-term development.

Courtney graduated from the University of Wolverhampton with a BA in Childhood, Family and Community Studies. She brings valuable hands-on experience from her previous roles as a Nursery Room Leader for four years, as well as Family Supervisor at David Lloyd Leisure.

Since joining The Strings Club in February 2022, Courtney has been invaluable in supporting the growth and development of the organisation, combining her strong understanding of childcare with a passion for creating outstanding experiences for children and families.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending quality time with her family and reformer pilates.
