We're Growing: Three New London Holiday Camp Venues Launch This Summer
There are some moments in business that make you pause, take a breath and reflect on just how far you've come.
For us, this is one of them.
This summer, we're delighted to be opening the doors to three brand-new London Holiday Camp venues:
📍 Wimbledon High School (GDST)
📍 Christ the Saviour CE Primary School, Ealing
📍 Clapton Girls' Academy, Hackney
For many businesses, opening new locations is simply about growth.
For us, it's about something much more important.
It's about reaching more children with the joys and benefits of music.
It's about creating more positive childhood experiences.
And it's about supporting more families during the school holidays with experiences they can genuinely feel good about.

From Six Children to Almost Half a Million
When founder Amy Cunningham launched her very first Holiday Camp in Camden back in 2012, just six children attended.
As a violin teacher and musician, Amy had seen first-hand the confidence, creativity and joy that music could bring to children.
What she didn't know then was that one simple Holiday Camp would become the beginning of a journey that would go on to inspire almost half a million children across London and the Midlands.
Today, The Strings Club is trusted by thousands of families, has received over 500 verified 5★ reviews and continues to grow while staying true to the values it was built upon.

Growing With Intention
Growth has never been about opening as many venues as possible.
Instead, every new location is carefully chosen to ensure we can continue delivering the warm, nurturing and high-quality experience families know and love.
Each venue is selected for its facilities, accessibility and suitability for children aged 4-11, while every Holiday Camp follows the same commitment to:
-
Smaller, carefully managed camp sizes
-
Experienced music educators and childcare practitioners
-
Screen-free experiences
-
Strong safeguarding standards
-
Free instrument hire for multi-day bookings
-
Music, creativity, movement and imaginative play
Because while our locations may grow, our values remain exactly the same.
Why Wimbledon, Ealing and Clapton?
Each of these communities shares something we deeply value - strong family connections, vibrant local culture and a genuine appreciation for enriching experiences for children.
We're incredibly excited to become part of these communities and to welcome local families this summer.
Whether children are picking up an instrument for the very first time, making new friends or discovering a new passion, we can't wait to help create memories that last long after the school holidays end.

A Message from Founder Amy Cunningham
"One of the greatest privileges of building The Strings Club has been watching children grow in confidence through music.
Opening in Wimbledon, Ealing and Clapton means we can bring those experiences to even more families, while continuing to grow in a way that feels authentic to who we are.
As both a musician and a mum, I know how valuable school holiday experiences can be. My team and I are incredibly excited to welcome families from these wonderful communities this summer."

We'd Love to Welcome You
Whether you're based in Wimbledon, Ealing, Clapton or one of our many other locations, we'd love to welcome your child to The Strings Club this summer.
