⭐ About The Strings Club
Founded in 2012 by violin teacher and musician Amy Cunningham, The Strings Club began with just six children attending its very first Holiday Camp in Camden, North London.
Today, we've inspired almost half a million children through the joys and benefits of music and deliver award-winning Holiday Camps and School Sessions across London, the Midlands and Warwickshire.
Music sits at the heart of everything we do. Our programmes are designed to help children build confidence, make friendships and experience the many benefits music can bring.

⭐ Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and inspiring guitar lessons for groups of primary-aged children
• Help children develop musical skills, confidence and enjoyment of music
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with Holiday Camp and School Session teams
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Care for and maintain instruments and teaching resources
⭐ Essential Qualities
• Strong guitar playing ability
• Degree in Music or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Experience teaching children
• Confident leading groups of primary-aged children
• Enthusiastic, reliable and professional
• Aged 18+ with the right to work in the UK
⭐ Desirable Qualities
• Experience teaching within schools, music services or extracurricular settings
• Knowledge of primary music education
• Enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service
• Experience delivering whole-class or small-group instrumental lessons
