William Cheung

William joined The Strings Club as a ukulele course leader in December 2021, and he is responsible for delivering the ukulele tuition at the Harborne Holiday Camps as well as after-school ukulele clubs at Hallfield School, both in Birmingham.

William works as a piano teacher and accompanist for Birmingham's music service, and holds a no-fail record of student exams results. He is also conductor for Birmingham Schools' String Sinfonia and Midland Chamber Orchestra.

William has recently completed a PGCert Course, Sounds of Intent, providing training in SEN music education. Heis a firm believer in accessibility for music, and has undertaken piano teaching duties at a specialist school for the blind and visually impaired.
