We’re privileged to be supported by some passionate people around the country – people who really understand who we are and what we are trying to achieve. Recently we’ve been very lucky to be able to appoint 2 Ambassadors who help us spread the word in their local area; Tembi and Fanny.
If you’d like to be an ambassador where you live please get in touch with us!
Tembi – Sutton Coldfield
Having graduated from the Birmingham School of Acting, Tembi currently works as a freelance actress as well as working as a Party Trainer for The Strings Club. Tembi has a real passion for The Strings Club and their Ukulele Gurus parties and loves nothing more than leading a party herself. Having over 50 Ukulele Guru parties under her talented belt, Tembi looks forward to her role as Party Trainer, especially in ensuring the quality of every Ukulele Gurus party is absolutely amazing!
Fanny – South East London
Originally from France, Fanny is a trained actress who’s lived in London for over 15 years. After graduating from drama school, she created her own theatre company for which she acts and produces shows, the latest being nominated for an Off West Awards. She also developed its education branch, creating drama classes and language workshops for children. Specialised in multilingualism, she had taught in many schools and after school clubs across London.
She first came across the Strings Club while looking for a holiday activity for her now 6 year old daughter few years ago. After hearing her wonderful feedback and her urge to get a Ukulele from Father Christmas, she jumped on the occasion to learn about how the Strings Club could be so enjoyable and fulfilling by working with them.
She believes “being part of the Strings Club for a term or just a holiday camp is a skill for life and feels parents in South East London must know about it!”.
Do you have a passion for music? Do you care about children’s education? Would you like to inspire children through music? We’d be very excited to speak to you about how you can help in your local area.
