Asako Zavertajeva-Onishi
Marketing and Events Assistant

Having graduated from the Birmingham Conservatoire with a Master’s Degree in Music, Asako joined The Strings Club in March 2017 as an Event Assistant on an 8-week internship. Born and raised in Japan, she arrived in the UK when she was just 13 years old.

With her huge passion for music, she has been involved in many community projects, delivering workshops for young children, in concert halls, primary schools and nurseries around Birmingham. Asako spends her spare time managing a language exchange community for Japanese learners, playing the organ, and cooking anything exotic.

Charlotte Nettle
Events Manager

As a Film and TV graduate from the University of Nottingham, Charlotte has always been interested in the arts – although her musical ability is limited to the recorder in primary school! With several years experience in customer service and administration work, she is more than happy to lend a helping hand with any enquiries you may have and is the friendly voice at the end of our office phone. Charlotte spends her spare time volunteering at her local animal sanctuary, running her own blog, and practising yoga.

Jasmine Pearce
Office and Recruitment Manager

After studying Arts and Festival Management at De Montfort University, Jasmine joined The Strings Club in 2015 as a Marketing Intern and has now returned as our Office and Recruitment Manager. You can expect to hear her friendly voice at the end of the office phone ready to answer your questions.

Outside of The Strings Club, Jasmine works at The O2 Institute and has a real passion for live music, regularly attending concerts and festivals. Jasmine also enjoys cooking, socialising, reading thrillers and spending time with her younger siblings – who are huge fans of The Strings Club Holiday Camps!
